Continuous Wave works with you from the start to the end of your improvement journey:

  1. Initial Business Assessment: Usual around ½ a day depending on the size of the company. From this assessment you will receive high level feedback on areas of the business with waste & potential for improvement. This feedback will be based on your companies goals & needs, to ensure everyone is on the same page.

  2. Deeper Analysis: From this feedback we agree what areas you want to focus on & what activities Continuous Wave will come & complete as part of a deeper analysis. This analysis gives you the facts & data on your current condition, highlighting what is possible & the potential benefits of making the suggested changes. The deeper analysis is also the 1st part of training your staff on Continuous Improvement, getting them involved & showing them the tools to be able to analyse the business areas themselves.

  3. Action Plan: The next step is to agree an action plan based on this analysis & then start implementing the tools for improvement & sustainability, with Continuous Wave always teaching & sharing these tools with your staff so they can develop your own Continuous Improvement Culture.
